A blog for good winter information

In Yellowstone National Park, Winter
I recently came across a blog with some interesting posts maintained by an employee of Yellowstone General Stores, who worked at Canyon during the summer and is now at Mammoth for the winter. Robyn gives us lots of information about and pictures of animal sightings, showing the contrast between the present quiet wintry time and the busy summer/fall season.
This is worth following right now, especially for anyone interested in what you can see and do in Yellowstone in the winter season, which lasts from approximately mid December through early March each year: http://robyninyellowstone.blogspot.com/
Roads open December 15 this year and hotels at Old Faithful and Mammoth soon after that. For reservations: www.YellowstoneNationalParkLodges.com
